The Center for World Indigenous Studies seeks to promote active
and constructive participation by Fourth World nations, individual
scholars, activists other Fourth World thought leaders in the
development and formulation of new international law, procedures and
protocols promulgated for the peace, security and prosperity of
Fourth World peoples.
